Terms of Service

Let’s Keep It Simple
No tracking or telemetry. Click does not collect, store, sell, or share your browsing history, page content, searches, or usage analytics. No fingerprinting, no ads, no third-party analytics SDKs.
Your data stays on your device. Pages you visit communicate directly with those sites, but Click itself doesn’t phone home.
As-is software. Click is provided “as is” and may change, break, or be discontinued.
Free today, paid features later. While in beta, the core browser is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future and will always show pricing and get your consent before any charge.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Click (the “App”), provided by Future in Detail LLC, 12 Main St, Unit #2400, Brewster, NY 10509, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Click Is
Click is a desktop web browser (currently distributed via TestFlight) focused on private, fast browsing with zero telemetry.
3. Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to use the App. If you are 13 to 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Privacy & Data
4.1 No telemetry
We do not collect analytics events, usage metrics, browsing history, page content, or search queries.
We do not sell or share your data.
4.2 What still happens on the web
When you browse, your device communicates with the websites and services you choose to visit (e.g., CDNs, embedded media, fonts). Those parties’ terms and privacy policies apply.
4.3 Crash/diagnostic data
We do not send crash reports from within the App.
If you install via Apple TestFlight, Apple may collect crash/diagnostic information and, if you opt in, share it with the developer per Apple’s policies.
5. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You agree not to misuse the App.
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
You will not, and will not assist or permit anyone to:
access or use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of rights of others;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; breach or circumvent security or authentication;

scrape, crawl, or harvest data from any Click-hosted service (if any) without our prior written consent;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas of the App where prohibited by law;
use the App to build a competing product using our proprietary code, assets, or confidential information.
6. Third-Party Content & Services
The web is third-party content. We don’t control or endorse websites, extensions, or services you access and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or accuracy. Any future integrations or extensions (if offered) may be governed by separate third-party terms.
7. Pricing & Purchases
Free for now. The core browser currently has no charge.
Future paid features. We may introduce optional paid features (subscription or one-time). We’ll clearly present pricing and terms in-app and you will not be charged without your explicit action.
Payment providers. Payments (if added) will be processed through a platform/app store or payment provider shown in the purchase flow and are subject to that provider’s terms, including refunds.
8. Apple App Store / TestFlight Terms
If you obtain the App via Apple platforms (including TestFlight), you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for providing any support or warranty for the App. In the event of a failure to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, your sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price (if any) by Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.
9. Updates & Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms as described in Section 21.
10. Intellectual Property & Feedback
The App and its components are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
13. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may send you service announcements and administrative messages (e.g., updates about TestFlight builds or Terms changes) by email or in-app; you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
14. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any embargoed country or on any U.S. government restricted list, and you agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Future in Detail LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
16. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
17. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 18 (Arbitration), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in New York.
